good banishments

is there anyone you would recommend for buying a banishment from
i seem to have a few very sticky spirits and i'm looking for someone who is very good at banishments to help me out

Yes, maybe visit CH store and see if you can find one that you like.

Also their 2 books called Great Arts Guidance (one each on WA & DA) contain a spell for banishing unbounds plus one for temporarily blocking a bound spirit. It's worth noting that we can't banish a bound spirit companion - hopefully we won't want or need to.
