for the friday 13th offering this year i was led to choose a selkie (actually my first "bound" selkie) and recently she has become extremely active. now, i'm not sure if it could be the holiday season, the winter solstice, or simply because i've had the infusion of some really outstanding spirits that is making her more communicative and she has been slipping in and out of her seal skin more than before. does anyone else have a selkie, and if so.....has your's been more active recently? when i ask her she keeps smiling as if "well lass, that is for ye to fin out" - yep, it took me quite a while simply to understand her accent which happens to be a very deep brogue.

rainbow, that certainly could be a reason. i just thought there must be others with selkies in the forum and perhaps it is something going on with the race of spirit and not necessarily just with the individual one. good idea and thanks for sharing! take care, arsine
