I think Magnolia stated in another post that she stopped sending information out in packages for privacy reasons. I would just email her and tell her you got your items and need the additional info for each piece. She'll just email it all to you.

Ohhh I just ordered mine and had a couple of questions about bridging spirits.
I know that you are not supposed to "house" white and dark spirits in the same
box, but was wondering if this applies to a body also?
I have devatas, an angel, vamp, and gargoyle, most of which I love to wear everyday, along with my
dragons (who are with me almost 24/7). Can I bridge all of these spirits to me without causing friction?

Maybe darker spirits don't want to share their home with lighter entities?

I think I remember Ash saying if a dark spirit can't play in the same playground as the light spirits, they need to go into another box. I believe a Black Dragon prefers to be alone and should have it's own charging box. The others pretty much get along. I had a vampire that did not get along with my cambion, but other than that have had no problems.
