Killa: thanks for coming by! it was the only angle that didn't show my phone in the reflection(the stones are stunningly bright)!

I am thinking it might be a topaz as well. Citrine would also be a viable option.
The reason this is difficult for me is I have seen many images of both stones now and they look so similar it is uncanny!
