I have had mine for a month or so, not used it. Insight I am getting is that you can use it when you need a burst of elemental energy for meditation, self work and spell working. It could also be used when working with elementals and certain spirits and immortals.

Having a boost of Water is great for work dealing with love, the heart, emotions, imagination, psychism, fertility, health and beauty.

Earth would be useful for grounding, wealth and abundance, patience, strength, health, animals and protection.

Air can be associated with mental activity, thoughts, memory, knowledge, persuasion, friendship, freedom, clarification, connection and expression.

Fire is traditionally associated with passion, enthusiasm, desire and courage, force, lust, virility, initiative and rejuvenation.

Those correspondences are barely the tip of each iceberg.

I'm interested in what others think, feel about this item.
