:funnypost: Hey Lilith if you take out most or all of the spices but leave the salt it should still come out fine. Once the spices are mixed in with the flour/corn meal it's not as spicy as it may sound. It comes out a little bit like KFC original recipe with a hint more basil if you do it with the spices as I've listed them. What can I say though we definitely like stuff a bit spicy around here hehe. ::atomic:: :lol:

LOL I think I could leave the basil! It`s the least harmless! ::rofl::

My aunt loves spicy stuff ... for me it`s like - either you stay hungry or tummy ache! I call it the death meals! :silly: I always beg her to keep it down for me, but she just does not know how to do that!

I definitely have to try this, never thought to use cornmeal with chicken but may be the missing thing for the crispy coating I want :thumbup: Lilith, that chicken stuffed with cinnamon sauce and plums sounds delish also :clap:
