I'm in -- I have a Droid also. (I LOVE the Droid!) I'm sure I'd love the iPhone as well, but I got a really good deal for the Droid when it came time for my cell phone renewal so I went with it. I haven't discovered all the things it can do yet, but I'll be doing that in my "spare time." Hahahahaha!

I posted this on the iphone app thread and there is already such app just need to be activated by forum admin.

finished some research and is quite simple to have an mobile version of the site but the admins need to do the technical work here is the link:

The cool part is that the app is already ready for iphone, ipad, android, blackberry just need to download and install the plug-in and set up the templates for the new mobile version, so is there we just need support here from users to motivate the Admins to do the extra work and we can have finally our mobile

Hello, there is a solution already that

can install to allow mobile users to use Tapatalk as app in their smartphones to navigate the forum.

First the Administrator should download:

Then use follow the instructions:

Installation

1.- Unzip the package to your desktop

2.- Upload the entire "mobiquo" directory to your forum system root directory. For example, if your forum URL is http://www.mysite.com/forum, it should be placed at http://www.mysite.com/forum/mobiquo/.

3.- Go to Administration Control Panel, Choose "STYLES", then "Templates"

4.- For each installed template, locate the overall_header.html, locate the following HTML tag:

<head>

5.- Insert the following line below the tag:

Code: Select all

<script type="text/javascript" 
src="{ROOT_PATH}mobiquo/tapatalkdetect.js"></script>

6.- Purge the forum cache by "Resynchronize or reset statistics" in the "General" section, click "Purge the cache".

And just to be clear on this I not related in any way to that website is just something that I found and is a good app in my opinion, and cheap one that already is active and available for iPhone, blackberry, android so everyone is able to pick what is best for them.
