Magnolia, two days ago, I paid the final amount on my layaway. It has not been credited to my account. Is this because of the problems with the upgrades?

It could be. We lost the ability to see Helpdesk for 3 days, just as everyone did. And, when they upgraded the software some of our order statuses disappeared and we're waiting for those to be reinstated so we can update everyone's orders. For layaways you'll see a blank status right now until the appropriate statuses are reinstated.Magnolia, two days ago, I paid the final amount on my layaway. It has not been credited to my account. Awesome One thing that woul be a great tool is if we had a list of what we have instead of looking through every order we had to make sure we dont order the same spells twice.

Or if you put something in the cart a message pops up that you purchased this on such and such date -- like amazon.com does. Of course that might be too much so just a message that you've already purchased this. You are doing a great job. I did miss seeing the New Releases the last couple of days including on my Android -- which I have to say is not as nice a set up as the original. But since upgrades are still being done that might be different.
