Another member made us aware of the GC situation & we already have the developers working on it. We should have resolution within 24 hours!

Hello! I am having some issues with the tickets system. When I try to view the page where you can see all your tickets, it says:

Viewing 0 Tickets
There are no tickets to view.
I have a couple of emergency tickets in and hadn't had a response, and I was wondering if they are still in queue, or if when the system changed they may have been lost?

what's going on with the forum's main page? instead of going directly to the main page that i have saved in my bookmarks, it loads me into this site....

also its not even the normal index page. the normal one is that yellowish brown color this one is completely white.
