Hello all!
I'm new the forums, and I must say, it's been a pleasure. Magnolia, this is a wonderful haven of information!
This may sound like a stupid question but . . .
I see that a lot of people have more than one djinn? If djinn can make our wishes come true, then why so many? Are they specialized in certain aspects of life? For example, certain djinn can only focus on love and others on wealth? Are there djinn that are powerful enough to produce all the outcomes you want, without specialization?
Hope to hear from you guys soon!
Thanks and blessings!

It seems that some djinn specialise, some are more 'all purpose'.
I suspect the reason why people have more than one is the same reason we have other multiples (I have 2 werewolves & 6 more coming, for example!) You find spirits you like & can relate to & the 'get it to grant wishes' thing goes out the window! They become family/friends & you naturally want to invite more into your life.

Hi randomfactsqueen, welcome, and there is no such thing as a stupid question here, since we are all learning . I agree with Mongrella, in that there seem to be some djinn that specialize in one area, and there are the all wishes granting type of djinn. Also the djinn come from different "tribes" as well. :shh: I have to admit that one of the reason why I also have more than one is because I didn't know anything about the bonding process, or how djinn may take awhile to make their presence known, so I was doubtful. I also read somewhere on the forum that it is a good idea to have at least 4 of the same type spirits to protect the different directions-north, south etc... The CH encyclopedia has information on the different kinds of djinn that is very helpful as well. Djinn are nothing like what we have seen in movies or tv; they have lives of their own that they are living in another dimension than ours all together. And I don't think that they are at our beck and call though this is just my belief. Imagine the vessel-ring , stone, pendant etc as being like a phone or pager. If you have more than one djinn, you have more numbers to call when you need to. 8-)
