Let me know how it goes with your mix added... :thumbup:

:hungry: Ooooh, prepared this tonite...had a couple of people over for dinner, decided to serve this drunken pata with filet mignon, I'm a vegan, for the most part, but my guests are not....sooooo...filet mignon, red wine pasta and a beautiful mixed green salad with my homemade lemon vinaigrette.

Prepared pasta with a spanish red wine (didn't have Italian red on hand)....served lots of red wine and my guests brought over a red velvet cake for dinner....so a decadent, very RED dinner.... :thankyou:

It was good, really good...not to brag much :oops:....

Thanks so much!
M. ::rofl::

Do you think it would work with grape juice instead of wine?

Hi!
I think it would turn out too sweet....if you don't want to use wine, personally I would just do without it....If you do want to "color" the pasta, you could try it with juice, what could go wrong? a sweet tasting pasta?
Have fun! :hungry:
