Thanks for the info,At.... its really helpful. I don't do to well with the bi-beats, but the shielding and grounding is very similar to the one I do( limited knowledge) but it works great! My spirits are a big part of my protection grid. I think that as we progress and grow as keepers everything gets stronger, more noticeable.
For the other newbies, who don't think anything is working, keep an eye out for even the smallest seed...no matter how insignificant. There's something there that is taking root. Like a seed that's been planted into the ground, it's going to take a little while to break the surface, and for you to know it's taken root. That's the way it is with this; keep practicing(watering your seed)it'll grow....wait and see. :thumbup:

I have now been listening to the YouTube link for step 4 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbOgj5- ... ata_player) for nearly two months and today I experienced hearing robotic types voices I didn't hear before. At first I thought it was just me but as I read the comments on the video, there ate other people who heard the same thing. They are loud enough to make out what they are saying. It kinda creeped me out but I'm trying to overcome the fear. I have also experienced seeing a starfield. Not sure what it means though.
