They are a small human race in East Africa with long arms, rust-colored woolly hair and yellow-red skin. They are mischievous pranksters not intent on causing any real harm but certainly havoc. They are the perfect little spirits to have on hand when you want or need retribution for someone as they are ardent in achieving vengeance on behalf of their Keeper. They get along well with other DA spirits in general, and they can rally other spirits together for acts and tasks. They are smart as a race, and good in problem-solving situations. They work well alone, and as in life they work well in a group. They are territorial by nature and are protective; employing many means of safeguard against malicious spiritual, psychic, or magick attacks. They have a raw, natural energy that is ancient and unique.

Secret to Keeping
These Dark Arts secrets were previously not known outside of family and Creepy Hollows collectors. They are secrets discovered by Ash and he has generously agreed to share them with all collectors because having the right secret and being able to properly handle DA spirits is more important.
Caring for your Agogwe is the same as caring for any other spirit except being a creature of duality. Agogwes are not fond of being placed over water. Place the vessel of the Agogwe on a plate or flat surface over a cup or bowl of water and leave them for at least 6 hours. If they are bound directly to you the threat of transmuting them to a vessel for the purpose of placing them over water is usually sufficient alone. Only use this technique if you feel your Agogwe is becoming too strong for your liking- some collectors like their spirits to be "on the go" all the time so it is your judgment call.
