See bolded. Aprophis was not addressing nymphos in that quote, he was addressing incubi and saying since Lich is into chicks he would go for a succubus rather than an incubus.

Incubi are male. Succubi are female. However, both can shapeshift in some pretty interesting ways.

I just posted a string of answers to a thread you posted in the "Vent" forum. In that thread, you mentioned some things that might certainly be the culprit for creating feelings of anxiety.

Also, you might be feeling more than just "like you are having a panic attack". You might actually BE having a panic attack, and anxiety attacks can have a medical or an emotional source. Certainly, the behavior of your one relative, as described in that thread, would be enough to cause PTSD in some people. (But I'm not diagnosing PTSD here -- your doctor would have to be the one to offer that verdict.)

The good news is that anxiety attacks are treatable. I have at least one relative that deals with this. (And man, when I went on antidepressants, I was floored at how many relatives approached me and told me they were on them, too. Geesh, no freakin' wonder I deal with depression -- apparently, so does half my family, lol.)

One of the things that you will be able to practice, now that you are interested in the paranormal, is learning to identify the difference between feeling an emotion that's coming from inside, and one that's coming from an external source. And when there are emotional difficulties in progress that someone is working to overcome, they have to remember that any time they start feeling negative emotions -- they must ask themselves, "Is this the ailment I'm battling that's talking? Or is this something from outside of me?" We can't automatically assign everything to an external source, no matter now negative it is and no matter how much we don't want it to be coming from within. We have to keep an open mind, yes, but we also have to be able to self-assess.

I know that it can be a giant pain in the neck to have to start over with a new specialist, and give your history all over again. But it might be worthwhile to look into a second opinion from a different doc. The family doctor can give you a referral, if that's what your insurance requires.

Unless, that is, this IS a psychologist who you only just started seeing. Then they might need some time to get a handle on the situation, and that's understandable. I wouldn't expect a diagnosis immediately after starting out with a new doctor. But if you've been seeing this doc a while, and they haven't given you some answers that lead toward solutions, then consulting with a different doctor might get you a diagnosis. (Or diagnoses, plural, if different symptoms are coming from different things. It can happen.)

Fortunately, out of the things you've mentioned here and in various posts, it's all things that can be treated and worked with. But to start treating any issue, the issue has to be identified.

In my professional opinion I think the monsters under the bed and in the closet are often Feeders because children are easily provoked and have a lot of energy. Feeders typically stay with a host anywhere from a few days to a few weeks before they move on. They don't stay in one place for long or with one host for long and they don't typically move from family member to family member. They roam constantly and feed from multiple sources because each of our energy is different and they do best feeding from variety and not from one energy imprint.
