The active ingredients in Midrin, the prescription migraine medicine, are aspirin and caffeine.
I always have japanese mint oil in my handbag. I roll it onto my temples when I feel a headache coming on.
Where do you get it?

I believe that japanese herbal mint oil should be available in any pharmacy that also stores natural herbal essential oils.

I have a "natural" pharmacy here that has a great deal in natural plant remedies.
I use the practial roll-on-flask from Taoasis. It is a mix between mint and lemon oils. It does a world of good.

But you really should be able to purchase it anyway where you are. It´s not uncommon. :)
