Well my thought process is that there are many options available but do you want to be specific and work with a certain race of spirits? Humans? Ethereal? Creature? Or in general?

Well, I am willing to work with any creatures. I just need the spirits that is not shy and talk audibly to human ear and willing to give guidance.

I laughed when i read this title as i met up with my friend yesterday who said she'd been accosted by a lady selling yoghurt in the supermarket who practically had an angle-poised lamp in her face asking so many questions like -" What do think of the bits in it"?-" What do you think of the sweetness" etc etc. Lastly the lady said to my friend "Do you think this yoghurt could change your life"? to which my friend answered -"Theres only one thing that can do that and its god"!
