Has anyone had the experience of a ticklish feeling along the spine during meditation?

This happens to me usually when I do any chakra work. Doesn't happen if I do silent meditation.

I'm not sure mine would be described "ticklish" as I don't laugh when meditating (and I'm very ticklish person) but I do get tingling sensations on my back. Like I'm about to grow wings (lol).

I also see a white light behind my closed eyelids, like a spotlight moving around from place to place. It felt like someone was pointing a torchlight on my face with my eyes closed and would make me open my eyes to make sure that no one was indeed pointing a torchlight on my face.

Since you're doing Chakra work, I'd guess it's Kundalini

Thanks all, for your comments. It sounds like there might be blockage, preventing the kundalini to rise. I remember when I had chakra work done by lemon, the kundalini felt complete and very good, not ticklish!
