Just had a thought. A field for the seller. Not everyone buys exclusively from CH, there are quite a few popular sellers, and I have noticed that occasionally people have forgotten where they get some of their spirits from. \ so somewhere to record the sellers name & contact details (email) would be nice.

I have to disagree. Completely. The Human Mind from Frontal lobes to Medulla and the known and the subtle energies for this "Holder of knowledges and systems" called the brain. Harry Smith, the great eclectic movie maker , folklorist, and mystic, told me years ago that "The Brain is a Radio Transceiver made out of Snot." It makes sense to me.
Apps and endless lists, do a lot to destroy MEMORY.
Learn to remember. Stop taking the easy way out, and begin slowly (yes) but picking up fast, and build a fantastic memory. When, having done this, you will notice that your psychic perception and you rational and intuitive intelligences, have improved greatly.
Most easy ways - the paths of least "work" - generally eat/feast on intelligent growth.... Personally, I don't want my mind nibbled at and eaten upon by articulated systems pretending to be helpful.
"Aw, but its SOooooooo hard and SOooooo time consuming !!!!!
My response: "Cry me a river, pal!"

Yes!! I thought my post had been lost in this thread. It's not as hard as it seems people! The more you know the easier it gets to know and understand more. My goal is to have a complete mental grimoire so no matter where I am or what may happen my work will be safe and at my fingertips.
Learn to remember indeed, it is a shame this isn't taught in school. It is essentially learning to learn since memory plays such an integral role in assimilating information for utilization.
In my experience, the consistent discipline of recalling dreams has expanded the clarity in which I have been able to recall information. Two birds one stone with the simple exercise I still practice.

Cheers to an orginized mind,

I've made a spreadsheet in Numbers on my Mac for this very purpose. I'm pretty happy with it.
Twin Flame and Lover to "K", Stregoni Benefici vampiress; Honoured companion to the most beautiful of all Norse Immortals: Freyja; under the guide and loving friendship of the powerful and dark Fenris; and an enormous, wonderful pack of vampires, dragons, creatures and others that comprise my beloved spirit clan!

I suggest having a section for what each spirit helps with, ie prosperity, protection, healing, etc. Great idea btw!
Everything in the forest has its season. Where one thing falls, another grows. Maybe not what was there before, but something new and wonderful all the same.
My spirits I am working with this week: (A) Courtwind Angel, (A) English Psy Vampire, (B) Water Rabbit Spirit Guide, (J) Rosemary Elf, (M) Yurei, and (T) Karkadann Shifter

I believe at some point someone starts having trouble keeping track of the spirits they have their favorite things (incenses, plants, their month and day of the week and so on) And it came to me earlier, the age of books is already past us, yea there are some that prefer holding a book than read something on the computer but isn't it much easier to find something on a computer than flipping through a hundred pages?
I have a little dossier with the pages that came with my CH purchases containing some information about some of my spirits and spells and then have some of my own from the spirits I got from other sellers and it's sometimes annoying having to go get it and find the one I want to check something or try to find that information, again on the CH encyclopedia .
As a programmer I was thinking about making a little program where I could just insert there the information about my spirit family to better keep track of and organize things up, and then came to me why not try making a standard one for everyone with everyone's help and such?
I'm the kind of person that quickly loses interest over an idea (such as this one), so if it turns out I end up not advancing on it much, hope someone picks up this spark and takes it forward.
Being not much experienced yet, I'd also like to ask for people to contribute with suggestions for this idea, what kind of things do you think would be essential on such program? And particularly, what does the community think of the idea in general? Please post your thoughts.

Actually this is not so, used bookstores and rare book stores are having a hugh "put your money where your mouth is" sales of books. BArnes and Noble thgat almost "went under" when focusing to much on on eBooks and paper books, the price of a complete 17 volume set of Balzac, hardbound, has gone from $79.00 plus postage to between $500-$700.00 in the middle of 2013 onwards. And there is a hugh downswing of sales and profits for such items as the idiotic Fire, and so on. Don't misunderstand me eBooks are fine and so are paper books.[/b]
yea there are some that prefer holding a book than read something on the computer but isn't it much easier to find something on a computer than flipping through a hundred pages?
No:, not at all, as I don't flip through pages of a book to pass a test without really having understood the book's contents, of some catch phrases to impress people, without doing the sometimes hard & difficult Genuine learning that pushes one towards expertise, way beyond "party smoozing". I find this attitude, removes me from small clusters of people who want to tell me about their new car, exercise machine, or their 3-day tour of somewhere, and thus, automatically, place me in the seating section of brilliant and inspired people, who once they have learned that I am one of them (it takes about 30 seconds to a minute, depending on whether the cocktail waiter, waitress, host, or hostess, has stopped next to us, and taking time to thank him or her, for the hand-off pleasure. Also, I learned long ago, that in this particular realm. more people rock at parties, whether it is Dylan, Jacquaeline Susann, Isaac Asimov, and newer peoples names will not be mentioned here. Also, and though this appears snotty - it is actually humble,. I like Lord Byron's poetry, and there is something nice, a vibe, perhaps, or even a sea of spirits, perhaps, is part of the read, and I can hear Byron's voice, voicing some of the sentences....
I am not bragging. What I am saying is worse then that. You have to enter the world of intelligence, and you are on your own. You will become an outcast of the Yuppie Brat World (which currently is dying off) or you can join the huge intelligence realm of the worker's realms, and also the educator's realms, of this world, both of which can accept and honor other people from Miley Cyrus to Soren Kierkegaard, and their ideas as worthwhile, and on a personal level, these people rock. And they all have pc's, medium to large flat screens, or like me, building a movie theater in my barn, by buying a huge glass screen (free: "just get it out of here"), 3 film projectors ($300.00 total), & 120 rare films ($400), and some bulbs $250, and getting a large flat screen, ($150) stopped going to the movies over 10 years ago and if I had continued going to movie theaters, that have electronic games in the lobby, and dead popcorn - I have probably saved 1,000 flicks @ $9.00 each = $9,000.00 saved - and that is only if I go alone...so its probably more like a saving of $14,000. And thats without popcorn (I used to bring my own - just put it ina paper bag, and put the bag in a valise.)
Finally, reading a computer screen is a brain function different from reading something on physical paper. Neither one is dangerous (like cell phones that actually, creates brain damage.), so at the end of this screed, I support both electronic books and paper books. What I don't support is thie New-vo Wave-vo, attitude that everything older than 10 years for tools, objects, etc and anyone over the age of 32 years, is a bunch of obsolete c##p. And "The lets-make (the "whatever") IT to be so simple that we do not think, and accept any flashing image, or very simple word structure (like texting etc)
I do believe your motives and your talents are salutary, but, at the same time, why does your generation continually appear to or actually is a group of people who have committed themselves to endlessly, making things easier, at any cost? And if not doing that, at least, passively accepting that. So congrats on your idea, but, at the same time, understand that a wider variation is taking place - and not, a throwing-out of what has already been developed, and has its place as does vinyl which as you must know is analog recording as opposed to the CD. I went through a period in my life when I did ADA programing. I think your idea for basic storage is really quite good, but taking it to the Ap position, just allows lazy people to help themselves to kill their own memory function. Sincere Best Wishes, Caiyros Arlen
