i had to re-do my store account a few weeks ago because i had forgotten my login to it, if i give you one of my order numbers that i have open, is there anyway you could apply forum membership to my store account please?

I have now ticked the box on the store account for forum but my login name on the store is different to forum name.

I can't figure it out either. The descriptions on the Bonus Point Redemption listings say that you can view the bonus points you have by clicking "Modify Profile", but I've looked in "Modify Profile" and can't find it. I don't really understand how we're supposed to be able to turn bonus points into gift certificates or use them on the Bonus Point Redemption listings... Can someone please help me with this? I feel like there must be something really obvious that I'm missing

I haven't converted any of mine yet but I can tell you look on the shopping Page at the right hand side where the cart displays the total. You will see "Your Cart" then underneath your total, then View cart

Click on Bonuses, you should be able to see how many points you have then :thumbup:

Using them for bonus Redemption listings, i believe you add to cart and after Checkout it deducts points from your total.
Im not sure about gift certificates im sorry, but i believe you can request them via HD.

The Bonus link just tells me I haven't earned anything, even though I've submitted two orders this month and one last month. The one from last month had said "shipping soon" for over a week, so shouldn't the 26 bonus points from that purchase show up? I can understand for the other two, since they've only just been processed.

You receive your bonus points once your order reads "COMPLETED"

Tell me about it! Since May 4th I have placed 5 orders. Every day there is a new special and I just keep buying. I think I should buy a custom spell to stop me from buying -)

That's why I invested $150 in the Eterna membership.....everything is half price from then on....even after a 75% Sale
So for example.....$2000 at 75% discount is of course £500....but with Eterna it is $250!!!!!!!!!

Now THAT is what I call a saving !!!!!
