Give your spell at least 31 days to be cast. Unless you selected the "cast in 24 hours" option.

SRA spirits tend to take longer.

When you bought the $1 spell, did they send you a link with the spell to print out? Because they don't cast those spells, they are selling you the spell to cast yourself.
As for when you get the spirits you bought, you will get an email saying your order is complete and then you can look at the notes on your order history and you will see the info about your spirit. If you are sensitive you might feel the spirits when tney are actually being bound. Sometimes the spirit will even drop by to say hello before they are bound.
