This recipe is to bring you good luck, happiness, wealth, protection, courage, health, sleep, and strength. Perfect for new neighbors, friendships, weddings and births.

1 cup Warm Water
1 (0.25 oz) package Active Dry Yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter, softened or Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Rosemary
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Egg White, beaten

Dissolve sugar in the warm water and mix in yeast. When yeast has bubbled mix in 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil, salt, Italian seasoning and rosemary. Mix in 2 cups bread flour, gradually mix in remaining flour to form a workable dough. Knead from 8 to 12 minutes.

Coat the inside of a large bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil and put dough in the bowl, cover with a cheese cloth or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot for one hour. Punch dough down and divide in half. Line a cookie sheet with non-stick parchment paper and lightly grease. Shape 2 loaves and place on baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brush both loaves with egg white and Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
