I've had the HD issues so I'm gonna write here (not sure if it's the appropriate place).
My order #88414 has been sitting for almost 2 months now. It was switched to processed around a month ago via the HD because the shop set it as incomplete. Any ideas as to when it might be completed? (I'm not in a rush, just wanted to ask)

it may take very long sometimes (depends on the item you bought too). If it is some kind of reading or a complex spell or binding, it will take longer.

Yeah, custom work can take awhile, especially readings. If it was changed to processed a month ago, you might be getting a shipping notice relatively soon. CH is getting orders out more quickly than they were a couple years ago, but it's not uncommon for orders to take three months to complete if there is a lot of custom work involved. The smaller the order is, the quicker it gets done.

Have you tried emailing support@creepyhollows.com instead of going through the shop to contact HD? Posting your question here, it might get overlooked.

I don't know if you've already emailed support, but this should be out next week if you don't receive confirmation today
