Every night I meditate with my spirits, although I call it family time or our nightly campfire. Usually it's my vampire who delves into deep conversations with me or tells a story and the rest just lay around and listen contently.
Last night when my vampire came forward he winked at me and bowed with an arm out for my hellhound to step forward who gets right up next to me. Next thing I know I pop right up exactly a half hour later with zero memory of what occurred during that time. I was not asleep, I knew I had been somewhere, I knew I was experiencing things during that time but somewhere else. I felt fantastic! But why leave me with no memory of it??

My dog, Ben, was staring at me shivering when I opened my eyes as well. It was very strange and just wanted to share and hopefully gather thoughts and insight from others.
