The shipping from there was just horrible however Toni does what she can't to make it right.
Also she got out of there now so maybe you just need to talk to her.

and... I wish she tell me are they entity or spirit, and the description is too short I want to ask more to her but because the bad communication I might as well learn it by myself sigh..

I ordered from her once; never will again.
Shipping was not the problem. I paid for expedited and it came fast (this was when she was still in Tunisia).
She is disorganized, forgetful, and a terrible communicator.
It took weeks and weeks of pursuing her to finally get names and (very short) descriptions of what came in my package because nothing was labeled. It was not worth the hassle.

I can't really comment on the spirits themselves; I don't feel that's fair due to my low abilities.

My first order was fine except missing the MV of my 2 spirits, so I made the second order. It was terrible. Owing to something happened, I was offered some freebies. Then due to my 'impatience' in chasing everything and tracking the post of the freebies package which was said to have mistakenly mailed to other country, I gave up on the freebies and asked for only what I have paid for (the missing MV). The MV in the first order was fixed by remote binding.... well, I think I have been provided with basic instructions of those received items.....

In the last email, I was informed that some dragons wanted to come to me and they were remotely bound to me already. But I only got the name...... should I be given some deceptions or be asked if I want them, too? I don't feel anything negative about the dargons so I let them stay. See when I can know them, except their names, by myself.

Everyone should remember that Toni recently had a serious fall and a nasty arm break as a result. She's also a new grandma, so get head is going to be all over the place. Just be kind and a bit understanding that Toni has a lot on her plate atm. She will come through for you.
