Mm not sure what your question is, if my reply is off topic, please forgive me : )heypanda wrote:If those with the ideas die, as they do, and everyone else just follows them and copies them, and just build upon the existing ideas as years go by, how are we evolving as a race?
Evolution is a slow and gradual process. Thus if we compare hundreds of years ago when most people couldn't read and/or write, to nowadays when most people can read and write via computer and even smartphone. Another example is health and life expectancy, getting improved and longer over time. How it comes to this is a long, slow process of ideas and knowledge invented, shared, improved, innovated, etc. with lots of trials and errors. Therefore, it is evolution of human race
Not limited to intelligent people, healthy and strong people are also needed : )heypanda wrote:The only way we would evolve if there was selective breeding of the more intelligent people. Right?
