I haven't been on the forums for a while and i forgot how to make a new topic anyways do anyone knows any incense that i can burn during meditation to help opening my third eye also in communicating with spirits so i can hear them both mentally and non mentally.

I have an Enochian. They have an amazing energy. When I'm really down and really need that kind of good energy I'll call on him with my caladrius. Together they create this intense pull on the body that is like a warm blacket that ebbs with you like the sea would.
I am very thankful for them, they work well together.
