Hi I am new to Ch and Spirit keeping. I apologize if the similar topic has been posted.
I have questions towards binding and bridging: are binding and bridging the same thing?
1. I saw when you buy a spirit from CH, you have a choice of binding it to vessel and bridge it to yourself. or bind to spirit. If I choose a vessel, and bridge an entity to myself. Does it mean the entity is bind to both my body and the vessel? if yes, which body does it bind (my physical body, spirit body or astral body)? If not, what does bridging mean.
2. my second question is towards three body binding. Is it possible to have a entity bind to both vessel and 3 body binding? how does it work? If an entity with a vessel is already binds to my 3 bodies, do I need still bridge it to my self?
3. Last question is considering triumvirate. I want to order a master's vessel to establish triumvirate. But the master's vessel have some entity that I want 3 body binding, some I don't. How does this work out.
4. If I have my entity with a vessel, and already bridge to myself. I establish a triumvirate on the master's vessels. and now I add my entity to triumvirate. Does it means that my entity have been transfer to the master's vessel where triumvirate is established, the original vessel of that entity is empty?

Thank you guys for your time reading. Look forwards to answers.

Mmmh, you might want to ask these questions to HD for verification.

Binding is not exactly the same with bridging. Bridging perhaps can be likened to copying vessel-bound binding to spirit-bound. It is written that "Bridging is the process that binds the spirit to both you and the vessel and binds the powers and/or effects of a spell to you." here:

But, we do need to have the binding first to have it bridged.

For which body it is, I guess "spirit" is outside the definition of the 3 bodies:

Yes it is possible, via any of the following listings:

Mm I think you'd need to add each companion to the triumvirate.

I don't think so; the binding would still be in the vessel since it's not a process of transferring the binding. The threads abovementioned are also related to this question.

Thank you. I got all I want from your answer. And it is the 3-body binding box, it's perfect. Especially the temporal binding period, which let me try out the connection via 3 body binding. <3
