Literally so many spirits and entities now, even after I said I would not get anymore. But definitely under 200. May it stay that way

Here is a text file of introduction for the Gayatri Mantra, https://app.box.com/shared/static/qk7me ... dkri5l.txt, and it says:
The Gayatri is both a prayer and a mantra. It is for Enlightenment but includes all lesser good qualities and accomplishments along the way.
And the MP3 for pronunciation and music to chant it by. https://app.box.com/shared/static/m1vgo ... bx0oom.mp3Gayatri is the embodiment of all Gods and all Mantras....... There is no need to chant any other Mantra if you chant the Gayatri Mantra" Sathya Sai Baba, march 2000

Depends what Mantra you feel drawn towards. There’s Mantras from pretty much every major religion/spiritual school on the net. So you could go to the Eastern direction, stay with western stuff or have a look at other traditions. In the east like for example in Tibetan Buddhism for relaxation you would take mantra of peaceful deity. You could also get a tailor made mantra like in transcendental meditation (TM), although I have no experience with that one, just that for example major contactees in the UFO field have been known to have taken TM back in the 70s and 80s and then had contact basically. So yeah, follow your heart/instinct.
