In July I brought a few spirits because I was feeling a very strong call towards one spirit. The sale was too good so I grabbed a couple more. Prior to this I have been working with just two spirits for 5 and 3 years respectively. I had no need to use a charging box for those two, but now I am feeling pulled to get one.

How do you actually use a charging box? Is it just enchanted to recharge vessels? Would I need to energize the box?

I read somewhere that putting gemstones in a charging box can help recharge and cleanse spirit vessels. Should I add extra items to the box to help charge & cleanse a vessel?

As far as I know:
-To use charging box, place the vessel inside the box. You can use intention e.g. "I wish to charge this vessel" etc.
-If it's only enchanted for charging, then it only charges vessels put inside it.
-The box doesn't need to be recharged.
-We can add crystals, herbs, etc inside the box for varying the energy.

I have a charging box myself. Make sure if you purchase one it aligns with the Arts. Although I know CH does sell charging boxes usable for White and dark arts. Its their all in one charging box. As far as how to use you just place the vessel inside the box. I usually keep the box by me when I sleep, I also surround it with things my vamp likes.
