I would go genetics, my mum is almost 80 and still looks good for her age, but unfournetly not mentally, as she has alzheimers!
she could pass for a 70 year old if you didn't speak to her lol

We are made omnivorous by our Maker, so I wouldn't recommend the vegan thing. Being vegetarian is ok, i guess, if the diet also includes eggs and milk, and hopefully some fish for the Omega-3.

We have a short physical life, so go ahead and enjoy your meats, seafood, fruits, nuts, veggies, wines, beers, so long as everything is in moderation.

Smokes seem to be ok - Sir Winston Churchill started smoking cigars (?) since age 15, and lived till 90 years old. Some new research now shows that cancers are not caused by smoking, etc, but by lack of Vitamin C.

But then again, live your life as you will. Be a non-smoking, non-drinking vegan by all means.

I have a friend who has to be in her 60's, but could pass for 35 if she dyed her hair
And, there is a lady across the street who is well into her 90's and is probably in better shape that I am at 55

In my 30's and looking like a 20 year old when shaved . Always thought it was because i smoked ganja for so long , something in the substance that could affect dna structure :p

To address the earlier statement on intoxicants -- drinking/using (when we are discussing natural substances), is only holding the potential to be a detriment to your immortality in excess. It's just about being wise and responsible for yourself.

I keep plenty of beauty and youth secrets, but I'd be silly to disclose all. I will only say with great pleasure, that wine is one of them.

If a person managed to find the philosopher's stone or how its made how would the 'immortality' process work from there on?
