I will so far a great energy feeling and I feel really good and relaxed.
By the docs I got with vessel says starts slow and grows as I sense
new magick from it, in return the spell grows stronger of each sense/magick..

Ok so I've been making a huge effort to mediate each day , last night was a little unique , I went to sleep whilst stimulating my third eye , and went astral traveling . I even discovered that I can summersault whilst traveling , not touching the ground , amazing as I am 43 and not that fit LOL . I have in the past astral traveled thru deep dream state but this was so very diferent , because I felt like I wasnt asleep ,mi felt vey present in the whole journey . Has anyone experienced anything similar .

Hmm...I can feel my third eye constantly, even without meditating...Especially since my spirit has arrived...
Before, it was only in certain scenarios...I've come to make the assumption, that it's based upon when a spirit (bound or unbound) is nearby...and people, who have their chakras open to some extent...That theory is quite untested and has occurred only once due to the lack of others whom I could experiment with...This damn forsaken place I live in....
Well, maybe this may deviate off subject, and turn into some kind of rambling, but I'll share the experience, as I enjoyed it to quite some extent...
Oh yes, December 27th
I was at the Body exhibit in Atlanta...and was approaching the end...My third eye suddenly opened, and I could feel the energy of someone else there...I knew it had to be someone who entered the local vicinity...I had my doubts of it being a spirit, or anything lingering...and behold, I saw someone, that had panic written across their face...Looking in all directions...
I saw it, but it didn't seem like he was able to pinpoint me...Disappointment...I'm not about to make myself known to anyone
I need someone to actively test this on...
The ability to sense others...could be grand in the scheme of things....

That is some intense stuff.
Tried it last night before going to bed, whole body was vibrating, could feel crazy pressure on my forehead, and could see a white almond shape where my 3rd eye is.
Also I have a spelled quartz crystal that holds my natural psychic gifts, held it up against my 3rd eye and I could feel energy just radiating from my forehead out like a strong ripple.
