While attempting to better contact the spirits through lucid dreamings I decided to take the plunge and switch from a loop of Theta waves, to delta waves. Specifically ones for sleep and healing. Needless to say I was somewhat successful as I did have access to the lucid world, but I fear more entities are around trying to combat me. I can deal with them, this time, that's no problem, but that's not what bothers me.

I set things up by hooking my player into two stereo speakers, solving the listening problem once and for all. And I keep the volume at a reasonable level. As I was drifting off to sleep I felt what can only be described as a pulse. It felt as though my nerves flared up in a wave that started from my very core then traveled outwards throughout my whole body. Is this normal?

I passed out not too long after. Was asleep for at least 6 hours. What weirds me out about it, is that, that's the only time something like that has happened to me.

Bumping. I felt I should elaborate further on this pulse. The sensation itself is similar to the pins and needles tingles one feels when your foot falls asleep.

It starts off as a small ball of that feeling in the very center of my body. then it spreads out in a tidal wave style motion, with the initial sensation fading behind.
Kinda like this:

Only it repeats itself a few times before I slip further into sleep.
