I was looking around secrets shop and I came upon a listing for Carpatian Mountain Vamps, whom I've never heard of before... Would anyone perhaps tell me what they do? I've been getting strong tugs from it lately.

As I understand it they have most of the same attributes as any Sanguine Vampire, only they are usually looking for a deep, Soulmate type of relationship with their keeper (usually romantic/sexual in nature). I don't have one myself so I'm not entirely sure though. You can always email the shop and ask the conjurer directly.
