I have been meditating for three days (today will make it four) to open my thrid eye and algin and balance my charkes. Almost randomly today I got almost an unexplained anger and while walking I could invision the charkas (the colors) on my body. Perfectly aligned...I have no idea what this could mean or if it's simply me

Mood swings are a sign that your spirits could be trying to communicate with you. Seeing your chakras like that, I think, could be due to you practicing and meditating so much! Keep this up, and keep journaling what happens just in case :) I don't think it's "just you"

Not sure if I am right, but it also can be due to the clearing and healing of chakras releasing unwanted energies. Need more expert opinion on this.
