as I understood, ordering a spirit from CH with no sex specifications is considered as "bi-sexual", right So for example, I did receive a spirit (which should be "bi") with the information "female". Now does this mean, that CH just chooses the sex of the spirit Or would be a spirit (which I ordered with no specification) able to manifest as both, male and female

And adding to this, for example, if I would like to order a cambion ... for the sex part I would choose a female, but for the companion part I would choose a male ... so what would you do or suggest

I believe it means that the buyer doesn't care the sex of the spirit, whether male, female, or no sex (e.g. volkh, wraith, etc). CH would only choose the one that attracted to the buyer the most, plus any additional specification the buyer puts in the Note area, regardless of whether it's male or female. It doesn't mean the spirit can manifest as both male and female.

One analogy is job employment, in which a company doesn't specify whether they want a male or female as new hire, thus candidates from both sexes would come to the interview. They will hire the candidate who is more suitable with the company's demand, regardless of male or female.

For the cambion example, you might want to ask for two of them then, one female for sex, and one male for companion.
