Here's something strange that just happened.
I'd been laying down in a relaxation exercise, when I felt a strange pressure on my tailbone. Like someone was literally pushing on the bone. It didnt hurt, so I figured I'd just watch and see what happened. (although I'm honestly not sure if 'does it hurt?' is a reliable enough heuristic to keep me out of trouble in unknown spirit-activity waters..)
After a minute I felt a faint sensation of warmth running up my back, a few hard-to-describe feelings in my head; and then, sort of, something tickling the back of my neck.
Apparently accompanying this energetic activity is a little bit of nausea and a few brief, random body pains. I still feel vaguely 'threaded...' for want of a better term.

I'm assuming I was not in any danger because I DO have a volkh and flygja running guard duty, but I am curious nonetheless to read your perspectives on this phenomena.

Sounds like a kundalini awakening.
