Among my many spirits that I haven't gotten to know yet is a Catoblepas, (H). I honestly haven't even sensed him up to now, and despite some promising info about him from the CH conjurer (I presume Ash) I haven't decided to work on focused bonding with him yet.
So I'm sitting here tonight watching old episodes of The Addams Family and browsing the forums when I get this intense throb in my third eye. I lower the phone and this energy wells up in the room - intense, dark, intimidating. In my mind's eye I see this huge buffalo-like beast from the front. He is massive, the top of his head near the ceiling and his body out of sight beyond an unfocused hulking shadow. I can't make out too much detail, but I know what it is instinctually.
He tells me, telepathically, "I must speak". The words are strained, like my energy takes a long time to understand them. I tell (H) okay, I'm listening. A few seconds later I get "Listen close." I nod and tell him to go ahead. After a moment of quieting my mind a bit I feel him say "Make me next to be close." The feeling is that he means the next one I focus 30 days bonding with. I tell him okay, I'll keep it in mind. All the senses fade, and my third eye now just aches a little.
So... yeah. I guess I know who's next after my 30 day focus with my Manananggal. LOL
But really, wow. After so much silence (and frankly I wasn't certain how to begin to bond with him since he's so different from my other spirits) here he is. LOL He must be needed soon.

he seems swell, like the ox he may be headstrong and able to present himself easily to you, maybe you resonate well.
lets hope he stays that way, looks like your gonna have a lot of good times.

Ohh, let us know how it goes with the bonding when his time comes! I've been thinking about a Catoblepas myself lately.
Nice first contact with him too! He sounds like a strong one.
