So I did some asking around and searching to find what type of catalog the type of fiction that correlates strongly enough to remind me of a possible previous life’s likeness is. I got told that the best genre it falls under based on how I feel, and describe it is ‘Hard Fantasy’.

Essentially a setting within a realm where astral and physical laws intertwine, or some things (Including beings) you know as astral/non-physically paranormal here would be quite physical. That being within a realm very similar/the same as this one in the laws it has. “Realistic Fantasy” if it makes sense.

Any thoughts on this fantasy genre and what are your experiences?

Essentially if you allow it to influence your visualisation habits enough it was said in a video that pros are like: the astral experiences you have can translate more well. Although the ‘cons’ in using it would be: 1. there might be some more limits, 2. plus being brought close to physical means you can also feel pain etc the same way when it happens as you do with the physical body.

Overall it’s down to personal preference for what you want to use to influence and stimulate your visualisation.

There haven’t been any video games made for it besides ‘Darklands’ which is very old or the more recent VR only swords and sorcery thing, but some do have a ‘bit’ of the element like Witcher or to a very small degree for Dark Souls.

These are the insights for this so far. Hope it’s useful.

It’s in regards to the topic of how the media your mind consumes in life can influence your expectations, and sometimes the way you do visualisation.

I don't have any knowledge of that, sorry. But you can create your own fantasy world in an astral pocket realm. And there are servitors that can make them for you. I have one from Eclipse Metaphysical. Or you can learn to create your own astral pockets by studying a reliable astral travel system that includes that. If you know all this already, I apologise for stating the obvious.

I love the idea that there are universes / realms without limit. I have a book by the respected physicist and cosmologist Brian Greene, The Hidden Reality: Parallel Universes and the Deep Laws of the Cosmos. In it, apart from the 'usual' physical spatially and dimensionally parallel universes he goes as far as to claim that mathematical formulae are themselves universes. And whether it's in shamanic dreaming or astral travelling, to know that we can visit and explore so many other realities, like you say, is genuinely amazing and puts a smile on my face. We're like Doctor Who's Tardis, so much bigger on the inside than we appear to be from the outside.(Does that reference translate?)

Pretty much the same way as heading to any other astral destination. I learned of this when a spirit friend introduced me to a favorite story character for my 16th birthday.

If you’re already APing, have your keep walk you through the process of visiting these other realms. That’s how I learned.

Thanks for the advice! I haven't yet succeeded in AP, but visiting fictional universes is definitely an incentive to master that skill.
