Possession Thread Disappeared?

I remember seeing a CH 'Official' post about possession in the last week, but I cannot find it now, it seems to have completely disappeared from the search results.

I have some serious concerns that I might be dealing with an attempted possessor of some kind and would greatly like to know more about diagnosing possession/hosting, and how best to handle it.

After reading https://shop.creepyhollows.com/anti-pos ... spell.html 's description I would say I am definitely experiencing a hosting rather than a possession. I am stronger than it overall, but at times it 'merges' my personality and, just eugh. Takes an effort to remember myself. I can 'shove it out' to a good extent, but have little luck in making it LEAVE.

Hm, in that case CH has quite a lot of spells and items that can protect and defend against involuntary hosting or possessions. Have you tried any of those yet?

They are strong in consideration, yes. Education is what I'm looking for here, mostly. I will likely be taking advantage of CH's purchasable tools, but I want to understand so I can use my own works as well.

You haven't asked any questions in the above posts. What specifically are you trying to learn?

I guess I wasn't very clear in the OP.
How would one recognize/diagnose possession or hosting, in self or other?
How are these situations addressed, either helping from outside or dealing with them oneself? How do you make a 'squatter' leave, how can assist my keep in the removal effort?
How can possessors/intrusions be avoided and warded against? The usual general magical hygiene practices apply, I imagine: banishing regularly, wardings, shielding, cleansing, etc; is there anything problem-specific beyond that?
And anything else someone thinks may be relevant, really.
