The terminology on this forum is Dark Arts and Black Arts are very different, with BA being very risky (ie actually dangerous, not just edgy). Other places use the word black magick in different ways. For example some people used to call doing a spell to get enemies or problems out of your life black magic. Or trying to get karmic justice, etc.

The term Black Arts is used here and in some other places for a very, very different category. There's a special info thread in the Black Arts section here. topic20345.html It's a common misunderstanding to mix up Dark arts with Black Arts without realising the serious, practical difference.
