I also 'might' have found a connection of some sorts when "something was down" that this aspect is sometimes regenerated or given extra vitality/strength through "a feeding from sustenance of information". Maybe its just one of the processes that can be seen as a separate thing as its not needed but is a part for some reason nevertheless, which most likely would make it for another topic.

So to say I think this is quite a good way to sum it, whatever this thing is if you manage to temporarily shut it down or weaken it.

The results or insights would be like the idea of an autopsy.

It'd be more like vivisection, wouldn't it? Because you are an entire living person and not a dead collection of anatomical parts. It might be life-changing to practice radical self-acceptance based on the anatomical diagram rather than mapping your Self like a butcher's chart.

Vivisection then, yeah I meant it’s like taking apart an aspect to be able to see what’s inside or on the other side of it.

But what I wanted was an ‘answer sheet’ of sorts and I got it somewhat.
