(poll) how do you prefer to communicate with the spirits you know?

I know many different people have many different methods that they prefer to talk with their spirits.

So, that said I thought I would ask the question which of these two methods do you find works better for you? a non-verbal method where if say you want love you try to focus on the feeling of a relationship with someone or picture an image of you walking with the type of person you prefer to be with, etc and try send that information to a given spirit to let them know this is what you ask of them.

Or you know do you prefer a more verbal style of doing something like talking to the spirit and saying: "(spirit name), I humbly ask you help to guide me towards the love I seek to find in my heart."

I prefer to etheric project and communicate with them. However, if I had to choose I would go with telepathic because I am around too many people to openly talk aloud lmao.

The whole "telepathic" option doesn't really mean you have to send mental images to them. You can literally just say what you want in your mind, they can hear you.

I do both, but more of #1. Also as mentioned, I talk to them via mentally and not just out loud. So honestly both, and not really so formal as your example. Just talk to them like a friend :)

I totally communicate more telepathically, but will respond outloud sometimes.

I communicate out loud or under my breath if I’m in a crowded area, more than telepathically. I’m just used to it. Before keeping I would talk to myself, now I talk to them.
