I've been on the site and sent a couple of emails but had no response.
Does anyone know if this seller is still currently active?

Officially they should be active again after a long hiatus due to health reasons.
No idea how responsive they are to emails though.

How recently did you email them?

I had a few items arrive last month from them the order took about 6 months as they were extremely busy they said.

I placed my orders with Eclipse Metaphysical 5 years or so ago. At that time orders would commonly take around at least 1-2 months to arrive. Around that time other metaphysical sellers took a similar length of time. I think such timescales were even mentioned on the sellers websites.

I did have one order that took far longer but I was given a freebie.

I found them to be very reliable and would say 6 months is probably just for the reasons they said. Some of their products do take a long time to be created as well.

You didn't say how long ago you sent our email enquiries. Did you use the webform or the email address? I would suggest wait around 1 week then send a very polite request asking if they got your first email.

It was about a week ago I used their webform, so I sent one to their direct email address yesterday and got a reply straight away. They were lovely, polite and very helpful. I'll definitely be placing an order.

Good. I'm glad to hear you got a reply, just as I would have expected really.

I can't fault their guardians / servitors or any of their products. Framing that more positively, I have been very very happy with them indeed. Their guardians really do seem to be rounded, sentient beings with genuine abilities.

I trust Eclipse Metaphysical and think of them as very much the real thing. I've read older threads here from WingedWolfPsion and from what I can tell she is regarded here as an expert on creating sentient servitors...I had also come to the same conclusion.

I spent $500 at Eclipse Metaphysical. The servitors started attacking me for no good reason. I was exceptionally respectful and welcomed them into my home as part of my family. They do not respond to my requests, most of them, are not loyal. They answer to others and get used against me, this has happened on at least 3 separate occasions.

I emailed Celius, and his remark was that "its a tough position to be in"

These things get vicious, but I put so much hope in my order, I spent $500...this was my last big hope to change my life for the better and to stop being harrassed by the neighbors in my community (racist asians who think everything I do is their business and who have mocked my ethnicity and my religious practices, they think it should be an all asian community, even though the reason they can afford rent is because they are employed at the casino, Im native american, and they live on the lands of my ancestors with no respect for it, go figure)

Anyway, he couldn't be troubled to give me any help, offer a refund, or any instruction on how to fix the problem.

Does anyone know how or why the Guardians can be fixed, are they confused as to who is their owner?

Im torn, I put so much money and hope into these Guardians, Im on the edge of giving up and tossing them out, even though I really dont want to

See if you can get an answer from Winged Wolf Psion. She was always friendly when she posted on here. If this does not work, then ask for a refund from them and have then recall them.

You seem certain that they're causing issues, so I assume you're experienced enough to tell already - and I won't lecture you as far as making sure goes. What I will do is suggest that you get a refund immediately. Even if you have to go through PayPal or hell, call your bank directly. This sort of thing isn't worth trying to "fix". They already came in poor condition to work with, and the seller you tried contacting didn't do or say anything to help you. Sounds like they've given up on you. You should give up on them in return.

After getting a refund, send an email over to CH concerning what measures can be taken to protect yourself and remove the bindings if the original seller doesn't. Then attempt to look for a servitor or companion from a seller you genuinely trust, if you wind up still wanting one to begin with.
