Hello all,
what is the exactly meaning of binding?
Spirits and entities could be bind.
Does it hurt the spirit/entity and the unbinding?
What if the spirit/entity doesn't want to be binded?

Thanks

No it doesn’t hurt them if it’s a agreed on binding, if forced it hurts them. A binding is two kinds one is literally binding them into an object which in doing so creates a little pocket for them within the object and they are able to leave it however they are forced to return upon owner command. However, in this case the binding is forming a link to the entity or “spirit” so you can call on them for help and befriend them.

When a trustworthy practitioner does a binding, it merely creates a connection or facilitates access and interaction. It's a bit like getting someone's phone number: it just makes it easier to talk to and work with them. So, when a trustworthy and ethical practitioner says "binding" or "bound," they just mean that the casting to create a connection has been or will be done.

Do people exist who try to bind spirits and entities restrictively in the way you're worried about? Yes. And that is why you should thoroughly vet any practitioner you work with.
