Zodiac:

Ingredients:

1 kg of chicken (you can use any part)

Marinade/Sauce:
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
bay leaf
peppercorns
lots of garlic
oyster sauce (optional)
2 tbsps brown sugar (optional)

Mix all of the marinade/sauce ingredients except for the brown sugar. The chicken can be marinated in the mixture overnight or for at least 30 minutes but marinating the chicken in this mixture is optional. Before cooking, add brown sugar if you wish for it to be a bit sweet. Cook the chicken in its marinade/sauce over medium high heat for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Serve with rice and potatoes. 1ey
