i saw this term, "ascended witches," for the first time in a forum post on here a few months ago. i don't remember which post but it doesn't rlly matter. i was watching this video compilation (don't worry, it's linked to the part im talking abt) https://youtu.be/3B_xfU2wgaE?t=608 that includes a woman in the woods screaming at some young men that were lighting fireworks. i was wondering if this woman, assuming the video is genuine, is an example of an ascended witch? and whether it is or not a good example, what is exactly an ascended witch and how to they become as such? there's lots more fun vids of "witches" like this freaky vid https://youtu.be/1enjC_4TuNs?t=45 floating around yt and they make me wonder

What would ever make you think this was an ascended witch. Or even a witch at all?
We're talking about ascended here, like ascended masters. Does this even remotely look like a witch that has achieved a sort of enlightenment like for example Buddha would have?

Unless she is the witch of scaring guys who shoot fireworks in the woods, she is definitely not an ascended witch, if a witch at all. I mean it's a person that looks like it came out of a The Ring movie so it could be anything, really.

As far as I know, there is no such thing as a "transcended" or "ascended" witch.

Does seem like a word salad to me. I don't see why an ascended anything would be hanging out in a physical woods yelling at kids.

Honestly by that post it sounds like a spiritual merging with nature but a bit exaggerated?

I do remember a thread that was talking about the possibility of witch spirits in people's local areas and the term ascended witch was used. At that time I assumed they meant expert spirits of witches that had had their own local practice while living and had since passed on to the spirit realm , nothing more.

A quick google suggests there is a character in gaming called an ascended witch. That's all.
