I think the advice to learn basic self protection, eg shielding, and do grounding, is good advice. Also the suggestion to use safety first when you decide what spirit you're going to work with and what you're going to ask them for is also very sensible.

You can also use professional help - for example there are plenty of things in the Creepy Hollows shop. If you search there, you may find something that meets your needs, eg spell bindings that protect, or spirits that protect.

There is a section in this forum called Protection. If you read the threads there, you might come across something useful for you.

Perhaps you should rather ask some white arts creepy hollows spirits to show you around, instead of some random spider thing.

How about getting some courtwind angels! And a volkh!

To add, perhaps hold some black tourmaline while exploring as one of your new protection steps.

The creepy hollows encyclopedia has a top 10 list for protection spirits as well.

Your explorations can be safe and positive instead of being exploited for fear energy

You didn't by any chance open your third eye with mind altering substances?
This sounds a bit like a trip going bad.

You should try lucid dreaming. It will make your PS VR look like 8bit graphics from the early 90's. Plus you get smell, taste and touch!
