Ok so i am about to smudge.. and since i now have an angel and a boobrie here with me, im questioning if i should use black salt... I've seen some information saying that its so powerful, it keeps ALL dead away, even the good ones... well of course I don't want to lose the good guys!
I do have a problem with negative energies and life suckers finding their way in here, so I do need to smudge, and im about to program a pendulum.
SO, my question is, how, or CAN I utilize black salt without fear of harming my CH family?

So that should only apply to unbound spirits. Black salt is made artificially most of the time. The reason I say it should be is that unlike unbound spirits the ones in our keep have a direct line to us. Think of it like the bat-phone it's a direct line to the spirit.

I use natural black salt for some of my rituals and it doesn't affect my keep: my keep comprising of all kinds of different spirits and entities from various conjurers. You should be fine. It's all about intention.

Thank you! I had been to a few places today where I felt might attract "hitchhikers". I'm taking a rosemary/sage/pink salt bath now, with a few pinches of black salt in to boot
Glad to know it won't remove my spirit and entity family. Everything else can gtfo, though
