My toddler is 3 and she can already feel spirits sometimes and she often talks to people that aren’t there. My question is does anybody have any exercises I can do with her to help her control this better?

Practicing with them helps, I use to have my little niece try and see the colors coming off me by making it into a game like "focus on me, what colors do you see?" lol like a rhyme (the rhyming was hard for me tbh lol)

Teaching her basic protection and grounding techniques are great, or even getting her crystals that protect.
While I'm sure she is surrounded by things that are good, its good to know she can take care of herself. Try the "energy ball of white light" at her heart center and expanding it outside of herself.
Most children are naturals at that one.
Any good spirits that are around her can aid her in this and help teach her better
