Is there a reason?

Hello everyone!
Whenever i close my eyes and sit for meditation...i feel a strong pressure on my third eye are..i dont know y..its not like i focus on it..as soon as i close my eyes..i feel a lot of pressure on it..so..is there a reason for this particular thing?..if my spirits are trying to tell me something or..something else?..

I experienced this over the years and still do. I believe it is gradual opening of the third eye. Sometimes it feels like something is trying to break out from my forehead lol.

I don't know. I did daily third eye meditation for 10 years and didn't used to get it but in recent years I've had it a lot. When I'm very well balanced energetically, emotionally and mentally and in life, it eases...but we all react differently with 'spiritual' things so what triggers that for me may not be what triggers it for someone else.

When I feel this I always assume my third eye is activated and open. I also get this outside of Madison when either there's a new spiritual or entity presence or when someone in my keep wants to share something. Many times I never figure out what the activity is about.
